Super Star Rajinikanth’s 1995 block buster flick Baasha is all set to be dubbed and released in b'wood.Directed by Suresh Krishna, the film broke the box-office records and was a rage among the audience..
According to sources, producer Badrakali Vara Prasad Rao is all set to release the film in Hindi and interestingly audiences can see a ‘more-colourful’ Superstar..He says"As Rajini’s Endhiran which was released in Hindi as Robot was a huge success, the producer says” Rajini enjoys superstardom in both Tamil and Hindi film industries. I think this is the best time for me to rerelease the Hindi version of Baasha”..Apparently the producer who had spent quite a sum in colour correcting the film revamped new intermediate negative and have included new graphics for the title card.
Soures say, the original was screened with mono sound, but the new version will have stereo sound and 5.1 channel.. Music director Deva, who composed the original score, has rerecorded for the Hindi version..

Boss Engira Baskaran

Baskaran [ARYA] who is called as Boss by his friends and family is a middle class guy living in kumbakonam mid town. He spends all his time in fun and entertainment with his friend Nallathambi [Santhanam] without going for a job. One fine day he meets a girl in bus and that is chandrika [NAYANTHARA] who is doing her B.Ed. It’s a love at first sight for him.

At home his brother seeks baskaran"s help to arrange his marriage that has been delayed with unwanted reasons. So having sympathy on his brother, baskaran and his mother finalize the bride. Here he comes to know that chandrika is sister of his sister in law. After his brother’s marriage baskaran was forced to a situation to come out of his house and to earn on his own - and now his love is at stake.

Now we show how an ordinary guy transforms to a successful person by using all his abilities to come up in life for the sake of his love. After lot of struggling on his pathway, we show how baskaran joins chandrika in the climax. The film is made with giving lot of importance to comedy sequences which will be liked by audience of all ages especially youth crowd.

Bale Pandiya

To begin with, this is not the remake of yesteryears Shivaji starrer Bale Pandiya. Though the title is alike, the plot is absolutely has no resemblance.Siddharth, young and phenomenally talented designer and owns the renowned Mitra Media debut as director through Bale Pandiya. Famous producer Kalapathi S Agoram of AGS entertainment produces the movie. Vishnu of Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu fame dons the grease paint for the second time in lead. Pia of ‘Aegan’ will be seen pairing with Vishnu in Bale Pandiya.

Baana Kaathadi is the latest production venture of Sathya Jyothi Films. The banner has a well-known past with distinctive filmography that includes Moondram Pirai, Kizhakku Vaasal, Idhyama, Parthiban Kanavu, Em Magan and Jeyam Kondan.

T.G Thyagarajan’s latest flick Baana Kaathadi is about Young Kite fliers, their life and their surroundings.
Adharva, son of famous and often addressed as evergreen actor Murali makes his debut through this movie. Samantha plays his love lady. She has already bagged the lead roles in Moscowin Kaveri and Pookadai Ravi.
Karunaas is the lead comedian while ‘Anjathy’ Prasanna plays a strong role.Yuvan Shankar Raja scores the music. Suresh Urs takes care of editing while cinematography is done by ‘Angadi Theru’ Richard M. Nathan. Art direction is handled by Rembon and P.Rajkumar is the production executive.
The film is being written and directed by Badri Venkatesh who comes from Film and TV institute of Tamilnadu. Badri Venkatesh has a coveted National Award for directing a short film ‘Vidiyalai Nokki’ which happens to be the first in Tamil.
