Director turned actor S.J Surya has returned to cinema in lead hero role with “Newtonin Moondram Vidhi”. The film is directed by debutant director Thai Muthu Selvam who packed this movie with fact paced screenplay that takes place just in two hours. The movie is financed by Madras Entertainment Private Ltd has N. Nanadagopal as the co-Producer. A.B Vinay, who has worked alongside with A.R Rahman and Harris Jayaraj, is introduced as sole music director with this movie. S.J Surya appears in twin costume make up, one with shaven head. The charming hero of “Aha” Rajeev Krishna is playing the baddie. The Villain (Rajeev Krishna) is one among the top richest men in India who is obviously evil in his own ways. But in two hours he is on the streets, all done by S.J Surya’s who follows “Newton’s third law”. Everything happens in two hours on February 14th which begins at 10.am and ends at 12. The lead artist believes that this flick will completely differ from his past movies as the moniker suggests. He hopes to garner fame that was long lost with his previous flicks and is confident that his hard work put in for camera so far will gain him success. Muthu Selvam has in his team cinematographer R. Saravanan, who too is a debutant, and action director Prakash and editor Gopi (was co-editor for "Alavandhan"). Na Muthukumar has penned the lyrics. The story is by Chidambaram and dialogue by R. KRG movies international presents “Guru En Aalu”. Director Selva who did movies like Thotta, Naan Avan Illai, Nenjil jil jil is directing this movie. The movie cast Madhavan and Mamtha Mohandass in the lead along with Abbas, Brinda Parek and Vivek. Guru En Aalu belongs to the genre Romantic comedy. The director is sure that audience will spend two and a half hour just laughing. A grandeur set of seven arenas were created for a special introductory song at AVM Studios. For this song fifteen sizzling Mumbai models were specially trained in dance moments by Eeshwarbabu. The song alone was filmed for ten days. The song goes like this “Veesuvathu En Kaatruthaan, BBC yil En Petithaan”. Maddy appears very young with those Mumbai Models. Believe it or not he looks the same as he was in “Alaipayuthe” The movie was slated for Diwali release but was postponed due to the unavailability of Theaters.

Director Gandhi Krishna who was not seen after Chellamey is getting ready for the release of his latest venture Ananda Thandavam.Poet Vairamuthu has said one of his best works in the recent past was the song he has written for Ananda Thaandavam, a film directed by Gandhi Krishna (of Chellamey fame) with Unnale Unnale Vinay in the lead role.’ The situation is about a young man who meets his ex-lover, who is now the wife of another man. Gandhi Krishna wanted me to pen his feelings in a poem. I took some time and came out with the lyrics. On reading the lines, Gandhi Krishna was floored totally and was in fail of words,’ says Vairamuthu. Stating that the praise heaped on him by the director was the best remuneration he had received in recent times, Vairamuthu says the film is being shaped up well. Ananda Thandavam is produced by Oscar Films V Ravichandran. Prominent television anchor Ammu, Amitha, Venki, Balasingh, Kalairani, Madanbob and Charlie are also in the cast. Shankar, who worked as associate to late cinematographer Jeeva, is cranking the camera. G V Prakash is scoring music for the movie while Vairamuthu is penned the lyrics. Sujatha has written the dialogues.

Debutant director Sri Hari chose newcomers Rathan and Manju for his first movie ‘Karthik Anita’. V Rajan is the producer with his banner name ‘Sing Magic Productions’. After listening to the story narrated by Sri Hari, the producer agreed to do the film instantly. The lead stars were chosen incidentally, lucky young people didn’t have to go through severe selection process in audition nor went through any training from Film School. Debutant director V.Rajan says ‘Rathan plays the centre of attraction in this movie as Karthik, whereas Anita deserves a round of applause for her performance. Since the crux of the movie is romance and love people think the movie will have intimate scenes and obscene double meaning dialogues. But the film will not have all these as I am here to present this movie foe all audience especially for our young generation who transforms into adulthood rapidly. Couple of cinematographers K.G. Shankar and A. Vel Murugan would be cranking the camera. Sai Suresh handles editing while G.K. is the art director. Na. Muthukumar, Yughabharathi, Thamarai and Srinivas have penned lyrics to the musical score of debutant Jack Anand. Prabhu Srinivas and Srinivasa have choreographed for the song.
