He says a third character of this film is it's music. Sundar C is back to where he belongs. The director turned actor is back to direction and has started his directorial venture, which would be a sequel to ‘Thalainagaram’, his first film as a hero.
If sources are to be believed, the movie has been titled ‘Nagaram Marupakkam’. Besides wielding the megaphone, Sundar would also play the lead role, it is said. Anuya of ‘Siva Manasula Sakthi’ fame is the heroine, we learn. Vadivelu is the comedy role.
Sundar last directed ‘Rendu’, starring Madhavan and Anushka. He stopped calling the shots ever since he became a successful actor with non-stop releases like ‘Thalainagaram, Veerappu, Sanda, Ayudham Seivom, Thee and Aindham Padai’.
The actor-director is currently playing the lead role in films including ‘Murattu Kaalai’, a remake of a yesteryear Rajinikanth hit, and ‘Vaada’, directed by A Venkatesh.

Middle class, Chennai, resident. Jeeva, has his father, a taxi driver, kind mother and a sister, at, marital age and leads a united family. Jeeva meets Priya, in his girl friend's marriage and loves her. Priya's ' father, an advocate, 'threatens, Jeeva against their love, using dada Kutti Natesan.
But Jeeva & Kutti Natesan later develop friendship between themselves. Drunkard college students Ashok, Dhana, Vicky, Meeran and Stephan commit the murder of their credible friend, and molest his love, and murder. That the call taxi driver. Jeeva's father may turn witness, instigates them to murder Jeeva's father also with the conspiracy of Dhana's uncle Payi Babu.
Knowing the base for the mass murder, Jeeva not only afflicted by them himself further wants others also are done and decides to do away with murderers. Kutti Natesan's help is sought to identify them. Threatening Payi Babu to do this purpose in the college, Payi Babu is killed. The chase by Jeeva, results in hitting of training by Meeran and getting killed.
Kutti Natesan guides Jeeva to the residing places of others involved in murder. But before they reaching their place, the killers do away with Kutti Natesan and his gangsters. They also pounch upto on Jeeva with the intention of killing him; but Jeeva overpowers them to destroy.

Chetna is paired up with Sanjeev who was earlier seen in the movie Kulir100. The story revolves around the love pair Chetna and Sanjeev who meetin a dance school where Sanjeev is the teacher. He supports andencourages underprivileged students in his school.

After tasting success by remaking a film from the Tamil language for the first time, Nemichand Jhabak is all set to make a sequel of their film “NAAN AVAN ILLAI”.
