Kannum Kannum
Starring: Prasanna, Udhayathara, Vadivelu
Kannum Kannum has been remaining inside the cans over a long time and we all know what the result is when most of the films see a delayed release. But it doesn’t matter when a movie carries good and unique theme with romance as the central concept. Debutant G. Marimuthu seems to be more glued with poetic tales and that’s reason he has made film that will never let the audiences especially lovers group to miss the movie.
Sandai
Starring: Sundar C, Napolean, Nadia Moidu, Ragini, Lalu Alex, Napoleon, Vivek, Nameetha
You need no introduction to the Shakthi Chidambaram brand of cinema- he makes movies purely for entertainment and most often they work. This time the director who had formerly specialized in Sathyaraj starrers has teamed up with Sundar C to provide Sandai. Most of you might be a bit unfamiliar with the title, the fact being that this movie went through a few title changes before finally settling for Sandai, it was originally titled Porukki which didn’t go down too well with Tamil connoisseurs who demanded that tax exemption should not be handed to such offending titles.
Inba
Starring: Shyam, Sneha, Arunpandian, Rekha, Ganja Karuppu
Inba (Shaam ) is a rough character who works under Priya's brother (Arun Pandiyan) as a body guard of Priya ( Sneha ). Priya is a usurious girl, spending most of the time with her friends and absenting herself from the college several times. Hence Arun Pandiyan employs Inba, his faithful servant to guard Priya's activities. Priya insults him several times since she was not interested in somebody guarding her all the time. She falls in love with Inba but he has a hidden past....
Nenjirukkum varai
Starring: Narain, Deepa, Mahadevan, Thalaivasal Vijay
Nenjirukkum varai is a Tamil movie directed by S.A. Chandrasekhar, Vijay’s father. It's his 63rd directorial venture. The movie stars Narain, debutant Deepa, Mahadevan, Thalaivasal Vijay. The music is composed by Srikanth Deva.
Kannamoochi Yenada
Starring: Prithviraj, Sandhya, Sathyaraj, Radhika, Sripriya
Priya.V, the director who made that sweet and sensible Kanda Naal Muthal, has come out with her new film Kannamoochi Yenada, a Kollywood take on the Hollywood film Meet The Parents. It falls way short of its basic inspiration, and is all cardboard cut-out characters, with no story to tell!
Nenjil jil jil
Starring: Navdeep, Aparna, Vadivelu, Rishi
Nenjil Jil Jil is a 2006 film directed by Selva and produced by Manish Nair, Bhavani Kanagasapay under the banner Candy Films Ltd & Gatpaham Entertainment Ltd. Navdeep pairs up with Aparna. Vadivelu plays the comedian in the movie.
Malaikottai
Starring: Vishal, Priyamani, Ashish Vidhyarthi, Urvashi
Director Boopathy Pandian has chosen to tread a safe path with a mass hero like Vishal by his side. His Malaikottai is a heady commercial cocktail of potboiler ingredients with stunts, comedy and romance at the right mix. Vishal flexes his muscles, tickles the funny bone and shakes his legs for a couple of romantic songs.
Aarya
Starring: Madhavan, Bhavana, Prakash Raj, Vadivelu, Praveen Kumar, Tejashree
Aarya (2007) is a Tamil feature film directed by Love Today fame Balasekaran. The movie starred Madhavan, Bhavana, Prakash Raj, Vadivelu, Praveen Kumar, Tejashree and Devan in major roles. The film's music is composed by director, Mani Sharma. The film has opened to rave reviews.
