Vadivelu takes up his comedy role on a higher level. He always chooses to do different disguise with every movie he stars. In this movie to he comes as witchcraft master who vanquish evil spirits. Even in this costume he makes us tickle and laugh.
Will he convince his father’s long time rivalry with the antagonist? How does he pacify his lady love and convey his love lays the climax.
As a rural college student he has done his part very well with his accent and body language. Poonam Bhajwa was addressed as “Chinna Asin” by Vijay. She has proved that Vijay is not wrong with her powerful performance and justifies being compared to Gajani girl. To Ponvannan role in rural situations is a peace of cake. Kudos to Thirumurugan!! He always presents us movies and serials with enough twist and turns that grip us on seat. This movie differs with more importance to love than family sentiments which has always been a trademark of this “Metti Oli” man.
Vidyasagar’s tunes are bucolic but gels with rural vibes. This story is said to been inspired by a real life event. Has comedy been a little better this movie should have earned lot more points.
With the exact life style of Erode population that is revealed in every characters performance we are sure to experience a real life drama. The scenic natural beauty of Tamil Nadu captured well with cinematographers’ lens.
Altogether this movie is welcomed by families and youth that has the originality and Realism.
