Bhagyaraj was quoted saying, “The director was very particular that I be cast as the hero’s father. He also said that the character has equal footage as the hero.I was apprehensive initially, and told him to narrate the script. The way he narrated the story, giving even the smallest details, impressed me very much and I gladly gave a go-ahead.”
