The actor, who claims that he has a huge fan following, is returning as a villain after seven years with this film..
Karikalan has acted in more than twenty films in Tamil, Telugu and Kannada notable among them are Thai Manasu and Adimai Changili.
He was quoted saying “Balan sir wanted someone between Aadhi and Pasupathy for that powerful villain role. That’s when he happened to watch Solaimma and immediately approached me. In fact, they waited six months for me to get that muscled look” ..
