Actor Karan is versatile in his role delivered in each movie. He is back with a new movie titled 'Malayan', a plot based on workers of Cracker factory in Sivakasi.
The actor has shed down his heroic image for this movie with an ordinary look. For this the actor stood in the sun for long hours to tan his colour.
The movie has two heroines Udhayathara and Kanjeevaram fame Shammu. Director M.P Gopi debuts as film kaer through Malayan. He worked under director S.A Chandrasekar in many movies.
The supporting cast includes Sarathbabu, Shammu of Kanjeevaram fame and Udhayathara.
